safe glider running wheels have NO center post, and best to have open running track so their poo and pee won't collect on the running track as badly.

DO NOT get center post wheels, DO NOT get a two color kaytee wheel that is white on back and colored in front. This wheel has a crack were the colors meet and the nails can get stuck and ripped off in the crack.
