You will need at least two pouches for your gliders to sleep in - one in use and one in the wash on laundry day.
I use a 3 pouch rotation so I can keep two pouches in each of my 3 cages.
My gliders almost always sleep together but once in a while one will choose to sleep in the spare pouch. Sooner or later the whole colony will switch to the second pouch - then I take the other one out to be washed and put in the spare so they still have 2 to choose from.
When they move again to another pouch I switch out the dirty one for the clean one again.
I do not use the hammocks or other items usually sold as a cage set - I do make my own pouches in sets of 3 for each cage. Rotating the pouches reduces the wear and tear but I have diggers that like to make holes in their pouches so I end up replacing each set after a couple months.
