Okra. As far as I can tell the phosphate calcium ratio is 1:2 does have some iron but not too much. And my gliders love it. It also has many other nutrients and minerals. Does anyone have anymore info on it?

I actually wanted to feed okra the other night but I was worried because of the slime that was in it. (it was fresh okra) how do you feed yours okra?

I give it to them diced with shredded carrot shredded sweet potato kale beans and peas. I just wash the okra cut off the endsand chop it up raw. It is very sticky. I mix all the veggies in ice cube trays and freeze em

Sometimes I like to bake okra for myself with a little bit of olive oil & seasoning. If I left all of that off & baked some without it for them, do you think they'd like it that way?

Yeah should be fine. Just make sure it's washed and rinsed well. The slime inside reminded me of aloe but is totally fine.
