Is it okay if I feed my glider very small amount of lotus biscuits once a month?

I'm not familiar with lotus biscuits but I would take a look at the ingredients just to make sure.

Lotus Biscoff biscuits ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil & fat, candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soy flour, salt, cinnamon.

Information for allergy sufferers: contains wheat & soya.

Oh, I love those Biscoff cookies! A tiny bit wouldn't hurt, but junk food is addicting.
