Hey guys I just received my hpw powder and bee pollen in the mail yesterday to make the hpw diet. I made the batch and put the portions in their cage along with fruit/vegetables but they won't get up at night to eat it unless I put them in front of the bowl. When I woke up this morning they had left most of it and the hpw had melted to a liquid. They're 9 week old joeys and this is the first staple they've had since I have had them. Is this normal?

At that age they won't have an adult appetite yet. I'm sure before long they will learn to eat more.

Often my gliders come out after dark for a quick bite and then go back in the pouch. They don't really become active until after I go to bed, except for one who is always on the lookout for a treat!

When I first started using HPW, I was surprised that it melted down into a liquid, but they like it that way. I guess that's why they don't drink much water.
