It's really difficult to guess how they will react.
Usually, members of the colony act as surrogate carers, it's rare to see a male kill another's joey, it's usually other females which do so when it occures (joey stealing sometimes occure too), but it's not a rule either, there are successfull trios and colonies.
In your case Erika, it's more complicated since your gliders are not bonded together, there would be higher risk in your case (introductions can already be complicated, with a joey, even more). It's true fathers play a part in raising the joeys, however single females can also successfully raise joeys by themselves (but it's more complicated for them and there are higher risks of rejection).
I guess it all depends on how far along she is, if they can be successfully introduced before the joeys come OOP, it might work, else, it might be better to let her raise the joeys before introducing your current glider, to not add the stress of introduction to the stress of joey raising.
