Hey guys me and my girlfriend just got a new baby glider we've been feeding Him the glider food with baby food and just want to know any other things we should be giving him and how many times a day should he be eating and also we've noticed that he waits until we pick him up for him to actually pee or poop is that out of the ordinary? Any advice for us would be greatly appreciated

Congrats on your new baby!

Yes, they will often 'anoint' you when you pick them up.

What kind of glider food are you giving them? Most diets call for 1T staple, 1T fruit and 1T vegetable. Check out the Gliderpedia for diet info. Put the food in the cage before he wakes up and remove it in the morning after he goes to sleep for the day. He will eat a little bit off and on all night.

We've been feeding him Glider Complete and also a mixed food supplement of honey fig protein stuff like that. He seems extremely healthy and very active. We just wanted to know when we should start feeding him like yogurt other fruits meal worms kind of just more basic knowledge for us to make sure he stays healthy.

if you are feeding him critterlove complete there is 4 lists of different
fruits and veggies that you are suppose to be feeding with the complete.
The list is on the website critterlove.com and is set up to balance the
diet.

We give yogurt drops/dried papaya/ dried and live mealworms as treats.
we have lots of foraging cups in the cage and put some of the treats in the
cups so the gliders have to hunt and forage for a treat.
