Is regular dried fruit ok for sugar gliders? Like what we can eat?

I get keytee dried papaya for small animals or birds because it has NO sugar added. You don't want stuff added and most HUMAN dried fruit I see had sugar added.
the vet told us to go small on dried papaya treats because without the moisture in the fruit it has a high natural sugar content.
Also I think the gliders use the moisture in the fruit to hydrate and it helps them eat the fruit and spit out the part they don't like.
so as long as its NO sugar added and in small amounts as a treat I think its ok.

Thanks that's great. One place told me due to the common preservative sulphur dioxide but nearly all dried fruit has this in.
