My sugar glider was making this weird sound, she had food so I can say that she wasn't hungry. It wasn't lonely either as I stayed with her and she still made this sound.

Sounds like a bark, and they bark for many different reasons.

Mine make that sound! I've only noticed that sound be made after they are removed from or lose cage mates.

First time was Finn after Ty passed away. Second time was a few hours ago. I separated Quinn from her pod to join her to a new pod. At the moment she's alone and she calls for them.

Do I know for sure if that is why? Nope! It's just an idea.
