My female glider will urinate, then trickle pee every so often. A small leak, but big enough that's it noticeable. will happen 4-5 times when she's out. No signs of being sick either! Any idea what it could be?

It could just be her marking whatever she's peeing on. My boy does that lots but I have had my female do it also.
One thing to watch for though is signs of pain or discomfort while she's urinating such as vocalizations. If this is happening a vet check is needed as she could have an infection or crystals in her urine.
