Gliders need a high calcium to phosphorus ratio for their bones, in order to prevent disorders like hind leg paralysis. So all together, each night, my gliders get 1. They're staple mixture cube,2. their veggie cube, and 3. their fruit cube. I leave the pellet food in their cage during the day for munchies.
