hi i have two 1 and a half year old brother and sister and usually they are really well behaved but today all she has done is attack him and crab. I fed them their food at the usual time and she has not allowed him to eat nor is she letting him do any of his normal activities like run on his wheel or get into his pouch. I am really worried b/c she is not normally this mean or aggressive towards him. She has also been very hostile towards me and my wife today so that is also concerning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She might be in heat. My male and female fight whenever she's in heat. She usually doesn't become aggressive to me or the other female, but I have heard that some do get moody.

I usually separate them for the night and put them back together in the morning. Only once have I had to separate them for two nights.

Of course there is a chance that this is not the problem. Hopefully other people can give you an idea.

Good luck!
