So my lil boy Tveit is definitely getting too fat. He's been borderline too big for awhile, but I'm starting to feel some pudge in his membrane areas.
I feed 1/2 tbsp OHPW
1 tbsp fruit
1 tbsp veggies
Every night. Sometimes he doesn't finish his fruit, sometimes he doesn't finish his HPW, but usually he eats it all. He runs on his wheel half the night and sometimes wakes me up jumping around in there, so I know he's active.
How to make lose weight?

We have a new glider at 60 grams, so small. Our more normal gliders at 100 to 120 grams. Our fatter/plump gliders are 160 grams top of the charts for adult males.
So how "fat" is he. If he is 160 grams or less I would NOT worry to much about it. We have gotten some pet-pro cereal Happy Glider for our gliders and have increased cereal amount in cage and decreased OHPW amount. The NEW gliders we get on cereal/pellets are thin. We put them on our OHPW and they get FULL SIZED.

gizmo/Link/scarface at 160 grams but healthy.
Gus / sophie / riggs at 100 to 120 grams but healthy.
Mary about 80 grams but healthy.

Our new colony
cupcake is only 60 grams the other 3 are 77 grams. we are trying to increase these gliders weight some. They all look skin and bones.
