hi folks, been away from the site a while but now I have a question.
my 2 guys are great as always and still run free a couple of hours if they want but mostly just hang on me looking for treats.

ok to the question
I think one of the guys is starting to get constipated(his treats are marshmallows, yogi drops, and wax worms when I take them to get their nails cut monthly.
right now its not a big issue, just takes him longer before he is ready to leave the cage. trying to fix it before it does become an issue and a vet visit.

is there any specific fruits or veggies that I can give to help him along?
prefer not to use fluids since they both drink from the same sources.

oh almost forgot, daily diet is HPW and narrowed down the fruits and veggies to what they like... pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, apples, string beans, broccoli, cauliflower(I think or they just move it out of the bowl)and carrots . they don't seem to like any berry

I don't know slot about the subject, but I've read that broccoli and cauliflower can give them gas. Veggies high in fiber like spinach and figs may help. :)
