My rambunctious pair of gliders, Coral & Sparky, are knocking over both food bowls almost every single night, sometimes a few times. Makes a huge mess.. Any recommendations? help me save my room! lol

Where do you put the bowls and what type are they? We use a food kitchen, so it creates less mess around the cage. There's a plastic box with two parts, so we can remove the top to clean it and replace food, a smooth hole in the front for them to go through and two food dishes, which are usually quite sturdy and heavy and they haven't knocked them over yet!

we bought a large 2.5 gallon tupperware container and cut 2 large holes in it.
the food mess is contained inside and we can just carry to kitchen for cleaning.

Not our container but a good example.

I use bowls that hook to the side of the cage. Heres an example. www.exoticnutrition.com/Products/Double-Feed-Dish__2434.aspx?gclid=Cj0KCQiArYDQBRDoARIsAMR8s_S9-Dik6xBqSbSwfLcv4SEmgZgD7d5l8iGgdfndWxYAg7oWHUjOpkkaAlhsEALw_wcB

I use small animal ceramic bowls on the floor, like this https://www.petsmart.com/small-pet/toys-and-habitat-accessories/feeders-and-water-bottles/national-geographicandtrade-ceramic-honeycomb-dish-41069.html?cgid=600119 (mine are plain though) they cannot tip those over. These are for my lower v/f feeding station and I usually keep a corner hammock above to protect it somewhat from falling debris. These would work too https://www.petsmart.com/small-pet/toys-and-habitat-accessories/feeders-and-water-bottles/all-living-things-ceramic-bowl-41064.html?cgid=600119 .

For upper v/f feeding station, I use https://www.petsmart.com/bird/bowls-and-feeders/all-living-things-food-and-water-bird-cup-14054.html?cgid=400201 currently, although I have used other types of feeders, I'm finding these work best for me now.

My nectar is served currently in a cage-mount feeder https://www.petsmart.com/bird/bowls-and-feeders/jw-pet-insight-clean-cup-feed-and-water-bird-cup-14116.html?cgid=400201 they lock in place.

I have never had a tipping problem with any of those feeders. I do not like the sugar glider diners/kitchens personally, they're a pain to keep clean every day, it's easier for me to just clean the dishes, brush off areas where food his left onto the floor and into drop pan and clean that up daily. But that's just my preference. I also had to create separate feeding stations due to slight food aggression anyway.
