Can I use the Gerber Apple juice for the diet? In the recipe it says no baby juice is this considered baby juice and why can’t I use it if so?

I think the goal was to use the least amount of sugar possible. Typically liquefied products have tons of sugar and perhaps even preservatives.

You can use that if you wish but the risk is fat and unhealthy glider in a year.
