I was at a pet store recently that sold a mealworm mixture for hedgehogs so I decided to give it to my glider. She loves it and I think it's fine since it contains items that are ok for gliders. You can also give your gliders foods like hard boiled/scrambled eggs, chicken (no seasoning), and yogurt.

Sugar gliders are not rodents. You should not give them food made for rodents.

Feed your glider fresh food and vegetables, and cooked chicken or turkey. It can also have yoghurt, and insects you buy from the petstore for reptiles. Ferret food is ok if it's good quality and high in protein, but not as the only thing you are feeding. The glider still needs fruits and vegetables as well.
