Looks a little small to me, but then again its up to what the glider likes not us! Id say go to amazon and get one, they have a bunch for around $10, one that my gliders like is made of an old fleece hat, hing up with safety pins, maybe try that on yours.

I can't really tell from this picture if there are any joeys in pouch or not

she keep on eat and running in the room until tired,then get back to my shoulder just waiting till i go near the cage.

I find it easier to see when they're climbing on the cage bars in fact, it looks like a weight on one side
If there are joeys in pouch, you should soon see a tail or a foot peak out ;)
