I found these treats and was wondering if they're glider safe before I give them it. Here are ingredients:

looks complicated and has nuts in it. nuts not good.

I stick with...
yogurt drops (hard to find in store, so I get online)
dried and live mealworms.
pet store bought dried papaya in bird or small animal section, NO SUGAR ADDED.
but once your gliders get mealworms, the papaya is kinda not wanted.

I also get fresh fruits sometimes, cherry, peach, plum etc. they eat a little
but seem to really like licking off the juice.

Okay thanks :) I read over Ingredients and once I came across nuts I was a bit skeptical. I'm glad I checked in. I feed my gliders calcium worms, Yogurt drops from exotic nutrition, and I've tried live mealies but they don't seem to want them. They just walk away from them haha.

It has nuts and seeds. Those are bad and should NOT be given to gliders.

I say to give them treats like:
Yogurt drops (they can be those baby ones too!)
Dried/Live Mealworms
Freeze-Dried fruits (No Added Sugar or Fake Sweetener ones - just organic)
Sometimes cheerios (I give them each a half maybe once a month)
And rarely ever maybe a marshmallow (I give them a half one each on Christmas )
