you didn't damage them
Moving isn't just changing houses. If it was a big move to another state a lot more than just the house has changed.
The altitude is different, the weather is different, the area's barometric pressure is different, the climate is different, the whole atmosphere and environment is different not just the new house or new state.
Gliders can be sensitive to all those things and it may take a few weeks for them to really get acclimated with those changes as well as the new house and things on the smaller scale.
Plus with unpacking and settling in to your new place the rhythm of the household has changed and is probably a lot more active than it was before.
Don't worry to much they will settle in and get used to all these things and level off again.
Not sure about live meal worms in that area, I order mine from Rainbow
https://www.rainbowmealworms.net/
I usually get 250 once a month I think. I tried the 1000 and it's a good deal price wise but it was just way to many for me to deal with at one time lol 250 last my 9 to 10 gliders about a month I usually only give them mealies for nail trimmings.
The worms come in a mesh like bag with newspapers inside, when it comes I put the whole bag in the fridge for a few hours to make them go dormant and easier to transfer, then dump them into a roasting pan to shake them out of the newspapers and put them into the container i use for mealies. It takes about 5 minutes if they are dormant.
