I have not heard about human trained. bonded is described to me as the glider will stay with you, will not leave you or if they do will want to come right back to their human tree. You are their home, their safe place, their best friend.

A lady told me her gliders a leash My guess is human trained means they are friendly and don't bite. but a leash is very dangerous and should NOT be used. if they jump it can damage the gliding membrane AND the quick stop at the end of the leash can hurt them, it is NOT worth the risk.
I can walk around the house with most of my gliders, if they get off me I can get them back. in worse case after playtime if I want them back right way I just shack the dried mealworm tupperware container and they come running.
