I've only had my sugarbear for 24hrs and yest he was out and about in his cage like crazy. He was running in his wheel early this morning and the rest of the day, he's been in his pouch which is in his cage. How worried should I be. And yes he is alive i keep making sure lol

sleep all day.
out at 8-9pm for dinner, some run on wheel.
back to pouch to groom and nap.
nighttime in and out of pouch, eat some, run some.
6am sometimes lots of activity till about sun up.
then back to pouch.

LOTS of time in pouch.
we have had ONE glider that likes to stay out and about most of the night,
seemed to run on wheel all the time.

I take mealworms into room, shake the container and they come running, eat up
the mealworms then most go back to pouch within about 30 minutes, seems like one
will stay out with me longer.

gliders love them pouches, sleep, hangout, groom, nap. pouches are an all the time
item.

No harm on you, but if you call them "sugarbears" then you most likely got it from PPP which is a horrible mill breeder. My advice:
Get another glider from a breeder
research so many things and forget their advice
Look at diet plans.
