My boy is rescued and the previous owner got him from a kiosk in a mall. He is claimed to be about 10 years old now. He is in very good health, active and happy, but over the past two years I have noticed some hair thinning and now balding in these two spots. It occurred very slowly, and doesn’t seem to bother him. He is not over grooming. He doesn’t rub his head on anything but my hand, and it’s not often. He is neutered.
Anyone seen this before? Is it just old man syndrome?
P.S. my vet said it’s not an infection or any disease he could think of and that he is in very good health!
