your P.S. its not you that would spay a female but the vet, I have read its
very dangerous given the small organs, so any vet that would do this would be
a very very bad vet.
ok. so I have 3 females with 3 neutered males. all happy and healthy.
sometimes with females in heat the boys still try to do stuff, but it has never
been a problem, my 6 have been together about 4 years. with the oldest almost 6
years old I think. Again, I have not notice any suffering of my female gliders,
I have seen them a little more noisy.
I think it doesn't matter if you have 2 neutered boys or a boy and girl.
you should be fine either way.
when my gliders sleep they all sleep together 98% of the time. then sometimes
I will fine all 3 girls sleeping separate, or I will find 2 boys off and away, or
I find a boy and girl separate. no real knowledge why. I give them 3 pouches and
they have made sleeping area in ball pit they love at night for naps, and a breeding
box. most of they time they sleep in one pouch. then sometimes pow!! all are in
another pouch for a week or 2. then suddenly they are all back to fav. pouch.
