If you’re having a friend watch your gliders, is it ok if they just give them food and water, but not take them out of their cage? How long would you say this is ok for?

Would a small travel cage be too small to be cooped up in and not get let out for a few days?

gliders are movers, foragers. they like to move. Not getting out of a
large cage is fine for a little while specially if they have a colony
to keep them company. but I really would not like my gliders in a small
cage without getting out very long. one or two days max. but I also
give my gliders lots of room to run.
