I have recently got 2 females & the lady was feeding them what she called OPHW over mixed veggies. So I guess my question is do I need to add the exotic nutrition calcium & vitamins to their food or the OPHW when I make it? Or do I give them some of the exotic nutrition premium glider diet pellets also? Please help a little lost lol

No don’t add the vitamins , you can put little pellets for a snack in the morning not a lot. Make sure when you feed the ohpw you add 1tbsp of fruit and veggies.

Ok. So I have been giving them 1 tablespoon of OHPW with about 1 tbsp mixed veggies & 1 tbsp of blueberries last night on the side & there wasn't much left this morning. So I take it that they are full & satisfied with the amount I gave them then.

They should be. I hope you can put the pellets in the cage in the morning for snacks not to much like 6 piece so they can snack if need be . You can just leave in until the eat it and put more, a lot of people just leave it in cage that way. But if I do it my guys won’t touch their dinner then.

hey, so sorry to do this but I can't work out how to post my own post and I really need help with my glider. I rescued her from a bad owner and I think she's got multiple problems, I live in a country where you would not want to take them to the vet because they are more likely to hurt or kill them than help them. I have 3 other gliders in another cage and they don't really get along so she's all alone, but I dunno how to make a post so I can't really ask for help, if someone can explain this to me I'll make a post as soon as I can, my suggies are my life and I'm glad I resued her from the home she was in but I don't completely know how to help except changing her diet and giving her friends(she was in a hamster cage by herself)
