So my sugar glider just got eye surgery to remove her eye with that being said she hates the cone but is there an eye patch I could use for her so I can take the cone off and that way she's not hating everything??

The animal would immediately remove the patch and gouge out the eye. The cone is the best method. Leave it on. The animal will suffer more without it and die as a result. They just don't understand wounds and healing and are unable to NOT mess with stuff.

For "hospital" sugar gliders I will keep it in a small cage, open top nest, and keep the light on so that it stays docile for days. It's the best you can do.
