I went to feed my gliders last night when I noticed my male has a somewhat big brownish and slightly bloody mass coming from his genitalia and rectum area. I can’t tell which it’s coming from. But he has been kicked out to go sleep in a different pouch and is licking a lot. Does anyone know what this could be and what to do. It’s a Sunday and I can’t find a vet open today. It’s looks like it could be a rectal prolapse. I can’t find anything about this anywhere. Please Help !!!

Sorry there was no response yesterday. Could you get a picture? My female had a slight prolapse last year and I struggled to find any information on it. How's he doing?

He needs to be pulled into a hospital cage to be alone. If left with the others he will be attacked and/or will self mutilate to his death. You will need to find a vet that can help treat the critter.
