Are both males neutered? If they are intact they might get along OK until one of the females is in heat - which could start a fight over breeding rights.
If they are not neutered - I would have that taken care of before going any further with introductions. Then give them a month or so for their hormone levels to come down before moving forward with the introductions.
How old are the gliders? If they are all adults you may need to watch them very carefully for the first several nights they are together. There may be some issues between the pairs establishing their dominance in the new colonies.
Be sure to provide multiple sleeping pouches and to put their food into the cage in several locations - some high, some low or on opposite sides of the cage so no glider can prevent the others from eating.
