Hi so I have had my gliders for about 2 years Beebee is about 3 years old now. She was a year when I got her. Then I got gizmo 3 months after her he was 9 weeks. They got along so good. Now I'm noticing what I think is fighting? They have one set of baby's they are oop Sept 29 2016 very good parents. Now when I sit in there cage witch is big I think for 4 gliders (7' x 6' x 3') I noticed my male gizmo smelling beebee and she doesn't like it so she hisses and I don't know if he is trying to mate her or what we'll she is not having it and they fight I pull them apart then my male gizmo runs up the cage stairing at her clicking his teeth at the end he makes this bark hiss sound and he does this when she's near. I have never heard this sound from them.this just started last night and it was done again too times tonight. In the day time they are fine and in the sleep pouches fine. I don't know if I need to put them in different cages or pull the baby's? any advice would be appreciated.

I would guess she is in heat again and gizmo replies to that. They can be a bit loud but usually it doesnt end up in big fights, basically, as long as they are not balling up, no real issue.

Here, during 4 months after frejya got her 3rd joey, she would kick the males out of the nest each time she was going in heat, none was ever injured.

Okay after I wrote this is went to sleep only for them to wake me up again. I had to put beebee in another cage. See that's it they are balled up but it doesn't last to long likea few seconds then they stop but it's so loud. How long should I keep her in the other cage? And when I put them back to gether do I just put her in the cage or should I stay and see how he is with her. Cause he kind of sneaks up to her and then kind of chases her and then she's the one that's like no way get the heck away from me.

Thank you so much for replying.
