I don't know what it is, but every night I include vedgies in my two glider's dinner, but they never eat them! They don't even take a bite. I've tried putting a dab of honey on them, and they lick that off but don't eat the vedgies.
Any suggestions on why they may not be eating them, and how I should get them to eat them?

I found a some people with the same problem but with protien. Many suggest that instead of allowing them to pick and choose what to eat don't offer them anything else If they still dont eat by night to you will see all the vedgies gone.

If I mix veggies in with scrambled eggs, they're gone every time. Try getting a mix of veggies and mashing them up. You can mix it in with their proteins. How about a mini salad made with Spring mix? You can also go up to "resources" and "nutrition" (up top) and people have posted recipes there.

well.. i have this problem as well =) i found a solution for MY gliders. every night.. i only give them, the veggies an fruit ( i leave out the hwp diet) they eat EVERY BITE! and in the morning i see their still up roaming around prob still hungry . then i give them the hpw. then after they eat that they go to sleep. If your gliders still only eat the fruits.. then just give them veggies at night.. then when you wake up give them the fruits an protein. i hope you find a solution! every glider has their own picky tastes lol

I'm having the same problem but the thing with Cocco and Peanut is they only vegies, last night I tried them bml and fruit they did not anything so I when I got up I went and replaced the vegies with fruit ate all the veggies, they are so stubborn, I only got them recently like a week and half ago, and the previous owner used to feed bml and mostly fruits. Do you guys think I'm doing something wrong ( I serve them they the previous owner told me she did) or do they just change their minds on what they like?

Also another option is blending them together in a food processor. My little girl wouldn't touch any veggie but corn before. And now when they are blended together in a chunky mess and warmed just a little bit she eats every bit of it.

I would say keep offering them gliders taste change frequently. Try blending them with something they do like eating. I find that if i offer veggies fruits and protein to mine she will only eat the protein so every other day i feed just protein and the other days i feed just fruits and veggies this diet has been very successful with my glider. good luck!

What vegetables are you offering them? Try different ones, try fresh, try frozen, until you find some that they like. They you can rotate through those.
An example: Mine used to not eat the cubed carrots in the frozen mix but would eat the frozen crinkle cut ones and fresh carrots. After months and months of this, they started eating the cubed ones. Who knows why? -- it's just the way it is.
Keep trying.

Karen...I didn't quite believe you (well, more like it sounded strange as opposed to I thought you were lying LOL) when you said that a long time ago, but I witnessed the same thing myself! It's really odd!

If I had to choose, I'd prefer the crinkle cut too. They are crisper. The cubes are mushy.
I can't help it if my gliders have higher expectations........
