I gave the babies a hard boiled egg last night. I was all excited thinking of the fun they would have trying to get the shell off and then making a mess eating it. (Yes, I cracked it a little and peeled off a dime sized piece of shell). The little buggers didn't touch it! So they didn't get any protein last night . They don't seem to like scrambled egg much either. I tried putting spinach in it one night and they maybe ate a little more than usual.
Oh well. Live and learn I guess.

My glider's didn't seem to like egg the first time I gave it to them either :( Last night though, I just cracked an egg and put it into a glass cereal bowl and microwaved it for 1 minute. They really seemed to like this! (Why this may makes a difference from scrambled in a pan, i'm not sure. Maybe they just changed their mind and decided they liked it.) It's also much easier to make it this way!

Little stinkers are picky eaters. Mine are on a veggie kick right now and pretty much eat every bite. A month ago, it was their fruit bowl that was cleaned in the morning. And they loved egg for awhile - then wouldnt touch it - now they love it again. Go figure!

I hard boiled the egg and cut it in half. Gave one half one night and the other half the next. They ate some of it. I do this now and then.
