I noticed this morning that it appears Dixie has pulled her pouch out. There is no foul odor and it doen't appear to bother her... but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to assist her in getting it back where it belongs? I tried to take a picture so you all could look - but she's so fast and would scamper off before I got a good shot. Is this normal? Can I do anything to help, or should I just let her deal with it herself? If I can get a picture tomorrow night (assuming it's still out) I will post it. Thanks in advance.

She should put it back herself...probably overzealous grooming. Just keep an eye out for abnormalities. My guess is that it will be back to normal later.

Hey Doug. I've read of a lot of things like this. The general advice is to leave it be. If she doesn't do it herself, which she should, then gently push it back in with a q-tip.
Not sure how well it would go with you since you aren't bonded but you know.... Tis the life of us here glider owners. :)
Good luck, and give the gliders treats from me. :D

My Tilly does this sometimes and it always scares me. She always puts everything back where it belongs. So probably nothing to worry about. Keep an eye on her, tho.
