Breeding my own Mghty Malies. However, how do I do this with out having to touch the beetles or the larve? Yes I am a chicken and use children’s chop sticks when feeding the gliders, or a small dish they reach in and grab them.
Does anyone have step by step instructions? I have goggled and there are so many ways. I want the easiest possible way WITH OUT touching anything (or any escape for that matter).
Me who is terrified of worms I can't believe I am even considering this...must mean I am a suggie slave now!

There are directions for mealworm farming in the Gliderpedia but no clue about touching them or not.

Get a package of surgical gloves and wear those :-)

You can use the long tweezer-like things that are sold for feeding reptiles. I have bugs - I have a mealworm farm, a giant mealworm farm, and 2 roach colonies. But I am NOT able to touch Super Worms and use those tweezers.
