I have had a persistant cough for over 2 weeks now so I've been keeping my interaction with my little monsters brief and sanitizing like crazy before I touch them but its coming onto 3 weeks now and I'm feeling guilty that my babies aren't getting enough TLC. My husband is home from deployment now so he has been spending time with them but they still bark when they see me through the cage. Hes beginning to cough a little too so I'm sure he's catching it too. I was wondering if anyone thinks its safe for me to give in and spend a little more time & bodily contact with them? Once my man is sick they wont have anyone to love on them :(

Heres a pic of Topaz playing Call of Duty with Steve, they're obsessed with his controllers

If you've been coughing for two to three weeks, you should go to the doctor. My mother-in-law had a persistent cough. It turned out she had whooping cough, and it was scarring her lungs pretty badly.

Its been going around at work, no one has pinned it to whooping cough yet but I know I should go, haha, I'm the worst with getting myself to the doctors. I was sick for a week, started feeling better then I pulled a 14 hour shift on 3 hours of sleep and that knocked me right back into it. I've checked my throat and dont see any signs that its bacterial but to be safe I think I'm going to get those doctor masks for our play time, hopefully that helps. Thanks everyone!
