There is Briskys, there is also Mazuri Omnivore Zoo Feed, which I use. They are at

I leave dry Omnivore available 24/7 and give fresh fruit or vegetables daily and treats (nuts,etc.) sparingly.

Briskys and omnivore pellets contain most of the vitamins and minerals needed, though I still give calcium to mine.
: 4. If bugs are one of there natural foods, what kind of bug can be fed without worring about to much fat?
Just don't over do it with bugs.
: 5. If seeds and nuts are natural, how much of those can they eat. Are we talking one or two a night, none, a handful.
Maybe 1 nut per day (I don't give nuts to mine).
