Rubbish- your tap water is regulated by authorities. I have given my glider tap water for three years and seen no ill effects at all. A little common sense helps here. Unless you know your water is polluted there is no problem drinking it. and if it is polluted do something about it.

: DO NOT give gliders water from your tap, You can't be sure of half the chemicals in it, like chlorine and ammonia that can be harmful to your little gliders. The best to give is bottled water or spring would be ok, but I don't think distilled is ok because all the minerals and stuff are taken out.
