Here is Debbie Dillons diet again....

There is always a food dish with Brisky's Accufeed pellets available,
along with a monkey biscuit and a few peanuts.

To feed one sg

Day 1 - Fresh fruit cut into small chunks on small paper plate. Each
glider will develop their own taste. The key to a happy glider is
variety. Give them a fruit cocktail made of seasonal fruits.

Day 2 - 1/2 tsp. yogurt -any low fat yogurt with any flavor of berries.
DO NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF YOGURT-
Plus in a separate dish - 1 tsp. natural applesauce - plain, chunky or
with fruit.

Day 3 - Vegetables - fresh or frozen only. if you want variety add a
little variety try giving them a vegetable juice cocktail. Mix 1/2
juice, 1/2 water.

Day 4 - 1 tsp. high quality canned dog food. Pieces of cooked, beef,
chicken, or turkey, cottage cheese mixed with fresh fruit preserves,
rice, spaghetti and meat sauce, fish, scrambled egg with the shell, or
1/4 of a hard boiled egg. The will supply the 25% protein their diet
requires.

Feeding worms of any type on a regular basis can cause obesity in
gliders due to the amount of fat in them. Remember to always deep your
glider's diet as low in fat as possible.

it was suggested NOT to feed gliders regular mealworms because the
shells difficult for them to digest

PLUS in a separate dish-
3 tsp. nectar( Libby's or similar) mixed with 3 tsp. water.

Any all natural 100% fruit juice is acceptable. Watch for preservatives.

WOW! This could explain why I'm having trouble finding a particular post. I have spent a good part of the day searching for the 4 day rotation diet so I can print it out. BUT, I just thought I was missing it. Maybe it's just not there. Please let us know what Terry says. Thanks!
