: Do they get sick very often? Help me out please.
: Thanks!

Gliders do very well if you take good care of them. Keep
their surroundings clean, wash your hand before feeding them
and handling them, spend about two hours a day with them, and
always treat them with love and respect -- even when they
haul off and bite! You will soon learn that you have one of
the most interesting, fun loving, loveable, cuddly pets that
imagineable! But, be aware that sugar gliders require effort
and time on your part, everyday, for their entire life (between
ten and fourteen years). If you are ready for the long commitment,
sugar gliders are very much worth the money. If you are not
committed and haven't studdied up on them (get a book, search
the net) then hold off on getting one until you are. Gliders
deserve your utmost, quality care.
