I have had two gliders neutered, my male and a baby that I found a home for. Both gliders were left overnight and picked up in the morning. Both were very aler6t and happy the next day and didn’t seem to notice what had happened. I felt the sac of the little guy to detect testes and he gave me a slight nip but nothing to indicate he was in any pain. The vet also partially shaved him- he looked funny but was OK. As to hormonal effects the chest gland disappears first just gradually disappearing. The head bald spot then starts to become less. In my adult male it still exists but is FAR smaller. He has also become more placid and lovable. I hope this answers your questions. (oh and this q is the reason I still stay here!)
: I am getting one of my little boys nuetered tomorrow and I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on what to expect. Thanks in advance!
