I uses two pouches but seperately ( I switch them out when I wash them.)
have you tried one? Gliders seem less protective of their pouches versus a nest box.

Hamster balls are safe for you glider. I have one in Caesar's and Cleo's Cage, but I have a 11" wodent in Romeo and Juliets. I like the Wodent wheel better, less poop. It seems like if you have too gliders you may want two balls. My males always seem to be bogarting them. Juliet sneaks in it when Romeo first comes out to play.lol

Hope this helps...

: I don't know if its a necessity, but my glider has two nesting boxes and he uses both. And for the hamster balls, I have a glider book that shows a glider in one and they say they like it. I don't know if my glider would though, he seems to smart to try to run in that thing.
