i'm not sure about teachingthem to glider or not....mine do the little 1-3 ft jumps that's about it...of course i think mine are also scared of highths as well seeing how they won't go more than a couple ft of the ground, unless they are on top of their cage......i think i remember something in CAROLINE McPherson's book about gliding. hope this helps.
