I am not sure about the fig tree for your gliders. Somewhere I thought I read they were toxic. You may want to check sugarglider info, or the ISGA for a list of safe plants. I do know that you can give them crepe myrtles, they are euchalypts family and mulberry leaves. Gliders love to play in the dirt. I would keep them away from fertilzers of any type.

Hope this helps....

: We have recently purchased a fig tree for our sugar gliders cage, we were wondering if the fertilizer the tree is planted in, is harmful to the sugar gliders? Do you think the tree will be able to withstand a beating from a glider?
