Gliders mark their sleeping material as well as anything else they are getting used to being theirs. You have two males. They will mark it. There is three different things to consider.
1. Skunking.. usually done at the very begining of ownership, when they are very very scared.
2. Marking.. Musky smelling, If the things they mark are cleaned too often they will remark it heavyier cause they don't think the last one worked.
3. Urinating.. usually odorless, just wet..

If they are marking let the sleeping material air out but don't clean it very often at all.. the smell will still be there for them.
