My cats and my ferret get along, but the ferret will kill my fish turtles mouse, or sugar glider in an instant if they were together. If you want a glider, keep the cage up really high( I have mine on top of a large dresser where the cats and ferret can't jump to. Then, when the glider has to come out, I kick all the other animals out for a while. Don't put a glider antwhere that other larger animals can get close to. the liile guys are very edgey when it comes to getting sressed and can even die from it. but, if ther cage is high enough the other animals won't bother it.
