Goodness, I am soo sorry to hear about your tradgedy. I wish I could help but I don't have my glider yet. I hear they should get a bit extra calcium. Mealworms and crickets work well I hear, and also other people use cooked chicken too. Also leadbetters is a good mix that is high in protien. I am sure that bourbon could probably post her recipe for it. Hope your pregnant glider does Ok and again, sorry.

I don't know but I would like to hear what others say on this point. Since the male glider is dead, the female glider must be somewhat traumaitized. I would just hate to see after all the effort the mother eat the babies form being stressed. Is this a valid concern?? Although, I don't think introducing a male to her now would be all that much better. Just basically wondering how gliders do at being a single mother??
