suggestion?? continue with the leadbeaters.. but as to why.. it seems that you were giving her fruits and veggies.. nothing said about proteins, and other dietary neccesities.. if you were giving proteins, could be that she had an allergic reaction to a fruit or veggie you were giving her. many things could cause that but since you have it pinpointed to the diet, that would be as good as place as any to start. Gliders also don't handle stress well. and if your glider is anything like mine, running out of beaters for a couple of days is like living in the house with someone who is on a diet.. mine get real cranky and irratable, so i double up on the batch and when it gets down half way, I am prepared for the next..Talk about spoiled huh?? Well you are one of the lucky ones, you found a diet your gliders love....If it happens again while on the leadbeaters take her to a vet, it could be parsites, mesqueto bite, or a fungus..
