My little boy is almost 8 months old. Back in early May, right before I got married, Harley was not jumping at all!! When I returned from my Honeymoon he was jumping all over the place. I was so superized and excited, it was like a baby learning how to walk!! My tall husband can raise his hand in the air and he will glide down to the sofa. It is so neat to watch. No one taught him how to jump or glide, he did it naturally. Some nights he can not get enough of it, other nights he acts like he is scared to death. On the scared nights, we take it slow. I will put my hand right beside the couch pillows and then slowely distance my hand every time he jumps. Some nights though, he will not even jump an inch. It depends on his mood.
