The thing here is that they will fill out as they grow a bit, The males many times bigger than the females, Fat? no way watch the fat intake of any extras that you give, and watch not too many mealworms, as they are fattening as well.. Mine is offered leadbeaters EVERY night, as a base. the extras are added..fruits veggies etc.. but now as mine are AE gliders..mine eat out as well during the day.. The kleadbeaters by far is their fav..
