You shouldn't really adjust their diets unless they are both of a sexually mature age, but if they are you might give you female more protein and calcium. Bonding with the male should be no problem, just take him out while he is sleeping and put him in a pouch and carry him around with you while you do things. Also handle him at night as well as your other glider, he will eventually get used to you then bond. You shouldn't worry about suffication gliders don't appear to mind having other gliders crawl on them or lie on them, I have 3 and they all sleep in the same pouch and they do fine. The male might get territorial but not towards the female and hopefully you, he will think of you and the other glider as his property, and he shouldn't be aggressive to anyone but other male gliders.
